What to order on a first visit.

One American steak each

A rib eye or New York chophouse, 400 g, cooked over charcoal. It is the clearest way to read the menu in one night.

A taste of A5 to share

A small portion of Japanese A5 from Kagoshima in the middle of the table, so everyone tastes the difference in the same bite.

Something Mexican

Ribeye sopes, beef tongue tacos barbacoa style or the 14-hour beef rib barbacoa for four.
